Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Freeze Warning app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Freeze Warning is a mobile application owned and operated by IT Savior LLC that provides temperature monitoring and freeze warning notifications based on weather data for locations you specify. The service is designed to help you protect your property from freeze damage.

User Accounts

To use Freeze Warning, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of weather data or temperature readings
That notifications will be delivered in a timely manner
That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That the app will prevent freeze damage to your property

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT SAVIOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Property damage from freezing
Damage to pipes, well pumps, or other equipment
Loss of use or data
Any damages resulting from missed or delayed notifications

You acknowledge that freeze protection is ultimately your responsibility, and the app is a supplementary tool, not a guarantee of protection.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IT Savior LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing will be displayed in the app. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, and their terms apply.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
